I am a Harrogate based photographer, my name is Steve but most people refer to me as "Picky" hence the site address "pickyspics" I used to enjoy photography back in the film days. I have a lovely family, and with the arrival of my grandchildren I had justification to start again. I love photographing our beautiful countryside and architecture, but I am always pulled towards working with people. As a family man I know how powerful a photograph can be. So many people rely on their phone for pictures and memories, but then you drop it down the loo or lose it and BANG! there goes your memories.  Your best insurance for this is to commit them to a frame.
